Went for gym lesson in the morning.So was finding my 1 rep max.Meaning the most weight that i can do.I can do only 1 time and there will be no more strength to do the 2nd time.
I was like wah....siao liao.There were about 12 machines i got to do sia.1 machine already make me no strength liao lor ><
After school went to meet kerwin and we watched angels and demons together.My eyes were almost closed lor.Hahas.Too tired liao lah >< But the show was okok nia.
After watching, we mrted to amk hub there and went t0 meet tuan wei and fion for dinner.Ate at hawker centre.Ate and chatted.Then bused back home.Reached home, bathe and used com.
